Welcome to the Karlsruhe - Thessaloniki Research Partnership

Aristotle University of Thessaloniki (AUTh), Greece’s largest university with about 74,000 students, and Karlsruhe Institute of Technology (KIT), one of the biggest research and education institutions worldwide with 9,000 employees and 25,000 students, are in the process of substantially strengthening their partnership, mainly focussing on the field of technological advancement for Climate, Energy and Environment. An important aspect of the growing collaboration is the support of young scientists doing forward-looking research in related fields. In this context, AUTh and KIT offer the joint “International Summer School on Clean Energy and Sustainability” for doctoral students.
